SCPD Arrests Man Who Allegedly Robbed the Same Gas Station Three Times in Eight Days

(KNSI) – St. The St. Cloud Police Department says a suspect is in custody after he is believed to have robbed the same gas station three times in October.

The incidents occurred at approximately 3:10 pm on October 15, at 2:40 pm on the 20th, and at 1:50 pm on the 23rd at the Marathon station in the 700 block of 9th Avenue South. In the first incident, a man fired a gun. It was discovered to be a toy by police officers nearby. In the second robbery, he hinted to the officer that he had a gun in his pocket, but did not show it. The last time, the man jumped over the counter and took money out of the cash register himself.

The Community Response Team located a suspect and took him to West St. It took him 10 days to track it to a home in the 3600 block of Germain Street. They detained Camden Alexander Jackson as he exited the front door.

Jackson was booked into the Stearns County Jail on a charge of 2nd degree felony robbery.
