PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia judge held a hearing Thursday morning on the city attorney’s request to close Elon Musk’s office. 1 million dollar raffle per day in battleground states. Election law experts have raised questions about whether it violates federal law that bars someone from paying others to vote. Musk used the money both as a reward and as earnings for his work as the group’s spokesman.

In the lawsuit, Krasner said America PAC and Musk “unequivocally violated Pennsylvania’s legal prohibitions against illegal sweepstakes and deceiving consumers.”
