TAYLOR, Mich. – A neurologist facing trial on 35 charges appeared in court Tuesday to surrender his medical license.

Authorities have so far identified 16 bank accounts containing millions of dollars.

Garg faces 35 charges

Garg was charged with 35 charges of illegal prescribing, falsifying medical records and health care fraud.

Garg was released on $100,000 personal recognizance.
