Halloween It feels like an opportune time to share news about a new store in the suburbs that sells only black items. But honestly, we love wearing black all year round. After all, it is always stylish and goes with everything in our closet. That’s why we’ll definitely be visiting this store long after October 31st, and we think you will too.

The owner of DRK MTTR is a new West Chester boutique Specializing in black clothing, shoes and accessories, this exhibition may seem like sunshine, but Courtney McGee clearly enjoys the vintage and contemporary fashion she curates there. For good reason: The place is filled with great finds like Rick Owens ankle boots, a pristine Vivienne Tam satin jacket, and Oleg Cassini’s gliding suit is shown here.

The store’s ethos is also great – McGee doesn’t buy new items, preferring to find and stock “great fashion that’s already out there” – and is inclusive, offering a variety of price points, styles and sizes for all genders. (Take a look at it instagram For proof: There’s everything from an Alexander McQueen dress to a Ben Sherman blazer to a Ramones T-shirt, as the band does.) There’s even something for humans (be out of breath) hate wearing black: McGee’s is planning a special “colorful sale” on Black Friday next month.
