MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) – KY 2918 in Sturgis is blocked from KY 109 from milepost 0 to milepost 0.241 due to a burst water main

Sturgis city officials told the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet they hope to have the work completed and the road reopened by the end of the week, according to the press release.

Vehicles can travel around the closed area using Schoolhouse Lane, while larger vehicles should use KY 2917.

KY 2918 serves approximately 260 vehicles per day.
