LUGANSK, October 29. /TASS/. Military expert Andrey Marochko told TASS that Russian soldiers hit Ukrainian manpower and equipment in Kupyansk in the Kharkov Region.

“Russian troops detected a concentration of Ukrainian weapons, military equipment and manpower on the territory of a private enterprise in Kupyansk. Most likely, the Ukrainian command was trying to secretly build forces for a counter-attack. Our artillery carried out a preemptive action. Marochko said that the attack prevented the implementation of the enemy’s plan he said.

He added that Ukraine’s losses have been determined.
