A Spanish luxury fashion brand will be among the first businesses to open at the redeveloped Royal Poinciana Playhouse site in Palm Beach.

Loewe, which specializes in leather goods, clothing, fragrance and accessories, will open next year, the company confirmed in a statement to the Palm Beach Daily News. The company said additional details will be shared “in the coming months.”

Construction began in July 2023 and is progressing steadily, Clark said. A “significant” amount of new underground service work has been completed on the playhouse and foundations have been laid throughout the building.

“Our expectation is that by early winter 2024, as tenants build inside, the building’s exterior and surrounds will appear more complete and beautiful than ever before,” Clark said last month.
