Vicki has been visiting Puerto Vallarta for the last 30 years and now calls it her own “home away from home.” She and Michael make regular trips to the seaside town, often staying at Vicki’s newly renovated “main” house.

But the reason I bought it was as an investment… Ideally, I want to own the third row for at least two years. I will rent it out… I will decorate it in a really happy and fun way.

Vicki said her newest apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit located on 22nd Street.And floor of the beach complex.

“It’s very fancy,” he continued. “So I will rent this place for two years. Then I’ll see how it goes. If no one destroys it, I will sell it.”

Vicki also talked about her plans to eventually open a bar in Puerto Vallarta. She said Michael, who she started dating in 2022, was very helpful in the early stages as he used his contracting background to source potential locations.

“I don’t really want to own a restaurant, but I do want to own my Whoop-It-Up bar because I think it would be a lot of fun,” he said. “We need this in Puerto Vallarta.”
