A FIRST ON FOX: House Republicans’ campaign arm is confident voter excitement will increase former President Donald Trump It will lead them to victory in tight races across the country on Election Day.

The House GOP will rise and fall with Trump, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) said in a memo sent to candidates and campaigns Monday morning and obtained by Fox News Digital.

“As we enter the infield, the NRCC is holding a Trump card: Having Donald Trump at the top of the ticket is a historic environmental advantage for the GOP,” he said.

“The House has not reversed the results of a presidential election since the 1800s. In the past 75 years, a House majority has not changed hands during a presidential election cycle. That’s why, with less than two weeks until Election Day, I believe House Republicans can increase our majority.”

Democrats, competing in 25 of 26 races that the nonpartisan Cook Political Report described as “heads up,” outpaced their Republican rivals in the last three months, according to The Hill’s analysis.

DCCC, meanwhile, raised $22.3 million in August compared to NRCC’s $9.7 million. House Democrats ended this term with more cash than the GOP; $87 million versus $70.7 million.
